Why Airport Hotel parking is becoming more popular

Most travellers going abroad simply turned up at the airport and paid the gate price which due to the lack of competition was astronomical. Since then off airport car parks have set up to give the traveller a cheaper option and over the last few years hotel airport parking has become very popular and the reasons for this are quite compelling.

Stress Free

Travelling on any motorway is a lottery with accidents and motorway maintenance causing long delays that in the worst instances can cause you to miss your flight. Such delays can be very stressful.

Travel at your own leisure

More customers are now arranging their own trips rather than taking packaged holidays and staying in a hotel is seen as part of the holiday.

Longer Journeys

Over the last few years there has been an increase to destinations to the Americas, Australia, Far East, China and the Eastern bloc countries. These destinations are usually centred on the airports of Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester in the UK requiring customers to travel significant distances that increase the chance of a significant delay.

Weather Conditions

Weather in the UK can change so quickly causing chaos on the roads and to avoid this customers are opting for staying overnight.

Cost of Airport Parking

The on airport cost for Heathrow airport parking, Gatwick airport parking and Manchester airport parking are exorbitant, especially in high season with space always exceeding demand and when compared to say a Gatwick hotel with parking

Over the last few years, we have seen increasing demand for Hotel airport parking and when you compare airport car parking to Hotel airport parking you can see why the extra cost is outweighed by the benefits.

Customer arranging own schedule

More customers are now arranging their own trips rather than taking packaged holidays and staying in a hotel is seen as part of the holiday.
